INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES are widely thought as the new millennium’s dominant TECHNOLOGIES. Speeding up INFORMATION exchange AND decreasing the cost of trade, these TECHNOLOGIES continue to serve as a tool for boosting productivity, efficiency AND growth in all fields of human activities. The potential benefits of these TECHNOLOGIES are only achievable when they stretch through various domains of society. The present article discusses a range of theories on acceptance of INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES including, Diffusion of Innovations Theory (DIT), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Expectancy- Confirmation Paradigm, Unified Theory of Acceptance AND Use of Technology (UTAUT), AND organizational theories including Task-Technology Fit (TTF) model, Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework AND Fit between Individuals, Task AND Technology (FITT) framework. Finally, variables affecting users’ acceptance of (ICTS) are introduced.

INFORMATION technology is envolving as a most important development axis the world over. Agricultural extension is strongly dependent on exchange of INFORMATION between farmers AND many other actors. In this article, it is intended to show the importance AND necessity of INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES ((ICTS)) in agricultural extension. Statistical population consisted of 104 extension specialists who worked for the ministry of Agriculture as staff members in 2004.The results indicated significant differences among working experience, skill to produce AND use of means (ICTS) as regards a specialist's using (ICTS). The results of comparison of means showed that the extension specialist's use of INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES is more than that by other specialists.

In recent years, INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES ((ICTS)) has been effected the development in the world, especially in rural areas. In many countries (ICTS) have increased the quality of rural life with access to necessary INFORMATION. Therefore, INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION Technology has changed the traditional methods AND life of labor force of agriculture to modern methods. (ICTS) not only increase the incomes in rural areas, but also extended choices for villagers. In other hAND, development of internet in rural areas have made world with no boundary AND they could directly connected to the world easily.The aim of this paper is study of status AND comparative research of rural INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AND in particular the comparative study of rural (ICTS) in villages of Khuzestan province.The research method in this article is containing descriptive, analytical, field study AND comparative method.This article has used the Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities AND Threats (SWOT) model to analyze the structure of main objects.Statistical data in this article is related to Khuzestan province with 1, 400, 000 of rural population.Khuzestan province with 175 rural INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION centers is ranking 16 in country ranking, compare to other province. This shows that rural (ICTS) in province of Khuzestan is in lower level in relation to its rural population. Azerbaijan province is first ranking in ICT with 1, 200, 820 rural population AND Qom province is last in this regard.

Objective: In many countries, the advancements in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND the decentralized computing method has inspired hope to take advantage of modern INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, such as artificial intelligence, in order to overcome the unique challenges in global health including the coronavirus crisis. The following study tries to examine the possible future scenarios in the industry, with the aim of discovering new opportunities to increase health AND quality of life.Findings: Considering the research literature, seventeen drivers, which had affected the research in three dimensions, were identified AND the Delphi method was used for the accuracy of confirmation, their rankings AND for the calculation of their certainty. The relationships between the drivers AND the identified dimensions were measured AND confirmed in the form of hypotheses AND model presentations by structural equation methods. Using the cross-matrix method, five drivers were identified as risk AND goal. The paper briefly explains the characteristics AND capabilities of (ICTS). It proceeds with a review of the interactions between COMMUNICATIONs, INFORMATION AND politics. (ICTS) have astonishingly developed the potentials of the traditional mass media, i.e., the press, radio, television, in terms of time, space as well as social distance AND interactivity. These transformations present the increasing possibilities for the .npowerment of direct AND representation democracy. Governments have different roles in relation to the (ICTS), such as, being initiators, investors, users, AND regulators. Achieving these functions results in the digitalization of the governing AND creation of an electronic government, i.e., e-government, or briefly as e-gov. E-government, in turn, expANDs democratic processes in the society AND also develops public services. In this paper, the effects of the three levels of e-government, i.e., INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION, AND transaction, in the various areas of government-society interrelations, such as G2C, G2B, C2B, etc. are discussed.

The purpose of this descriptive-correlational research was to explain the role of INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES ((ICTS) ) in the formation of the apricot value chain in Mahneshan Township. The statistical population of the study was apricot growers of central region in Mahneshan connty (N=320 ). The sample size determined via the Cochran formula (n=118 ). The sampling method was simple rANDom sampling. The research instrument was a researcher-designed questionnaire. Content validity of the questionnaire verified by the panel of experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by calculating the Cronbach’ s alpha coefficients in the desirable range (greater than 0. 7 ). Descriptive results showed that the mean for components of the (ICTS) including INFORMATION resources, resource usage level, AND accessibility level were 1. 687, 1. 188, AND 1. 957, respectively. Furthermore, the calculated mean value for apricot value chain was obtained 1. 957 out of 6. Findings of structural equation modeling (SEM ) showed that this variable could explain about 67% of the variation of apricot value chain formation in Mahneshan county. The two components of access rate AND the use of resources with the values of 0. 37 AND 0. 25, had the highest AND lowest effect on the formation of apricot value chain, respectivel.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the role of INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES ((ICTS) (in empowering the members of production cooperatives rural women in Tehran Province. The research was a survey in the form of descriptive research (methodology was applied research based on the purpose AND in terms of data collection was descriptive-correlation). The research population included all women members of rural production cooperatives in Tehran Province which had 835 members. According to Cochran formula, 146 people were selected by the use of simple rANDom sampling with probability proportion. The main instrument was a questionnaire which its Cronbach's alpha coefficient estimated between 0. 79-. 95. Thus, according to research findings there were significant relationship in 99% level among factors such as availability, reliability, collaboration, familiarity with INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION technology, AND the age with empowering rural women members of production cooperatives in Tehran Province. The regression results indicated that familiarity with ICT AND accessibility had positive role on the level of empowering rural women members of production cooperatives AND these variables explained 55. 6 % of the variance of the dependent variable.

The study was carried out to assess the implication of the use of selected INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES ((ICTS)) for extension service delivery in Nigeria. The simple rANDom technique was used to select fifty percent of the total extension agents which equivalent to forty-two respondents as sample size for the study. Frequency counts, percentages, mean AND stANDard deviation were used as descriptive statistic. Also, Chi-Square test AND Spearman’s rho correlation were employed as inferential statistic to test for the hypotheses. Findings indicated that access to various (ICTS) tools especially Radio AND Mobile phone AND were found to be relevant to farming operations. The result of Chi square test revealed that significant relationship exist between sex, age, level of education, years of working experience of the extension agents AND level of use of (ICTS). Furthermore, the result of Spearman rho Correlation showed that there was no significant relationship between ICT training of extension workers AND the level of use of (ICTS). The study recommended among others that, there should be a periodic review of the use of current (ICTS) in extension service delivery to facilitate effectiveness in the use of (ICTS) for extension service AND adequate funding of extension service should also be ensured to enhance the maintenance of (ICTS) made available to extension personnel.

Nowadays INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION Technology (ICT) is one of the most important criteria for industrial AND economical development, as well as progress in a society. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors effective in ICT s' use by educators in agricultural technical AND vocational education. The statistical population was a group of 117 educators in agricultural high schools in Zanjan province. Results revealed that there was a significant AND positive correlation between the instructors' use of (ICTS) with skills in English language, computer AND internet skills, extra monthly income in areas other than teaching, purpose of using internet as well as environmental factors. Results obtained from regression analysis indicated that effective factors in educators' use of (ICTS) were accounted for in the three steps of: skill in working with computer, environmental factors, AND the educators' mastery of English language. These counted for 52/4 percent of variations in dependent variables. The results of comparison indicated that there was no significant difference (in ICT s' use) among educators with different majors of education.
